Megan (Moreo) Etzkorn is the creator of this website. This website and the idea behind the website is part of a departmental honor's project Megan conducted during the 2012-2013 and 2013-2014 school years at Bluffton University. The materials used for the research vary from old craft books from the sixties to articles in present day newspapers. The inspiration of seeing the second function of an object stems from growing up going to garage sales every Saturday morning. One person's trash is most definitely another's treasure, so naturally if one treasures art supplies then why would not that person see all trash and thrown away objects as canvases and art supplies.
Megan is a 2014 graduate of Bluffton University and is currently a high school art teacher at Lima Central Catholic High school in Lima, Ohio. To check out some of Megan's art work visit www.meganetzkorn.weebly.com.
